Purpose:
To advance the comfort, morale and welfare of all its members.
To provide effective representation for its members regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
General Membership:
Consists of all general employees of the City of Carlsbad upon the payment of scheduled dues and assessments.
